Why Am I So Bloody Tired?

Herbal Support for Energy, Stress & Feeling Completely Banjaxed

Thursday 17th Sept at 7pm

Are you tired tired… or are you wired tired, stressed tired, haven't-slept-properly-in-a-week tired, emotionally-drained tired, sluggish tired, or simply completely bloody banjaxed?

Because they're not all the same thing. And that's exactly what we're going to explore in this FREE one-hour webinar.

Because they're not all the same thing. And that's exactly what we're going to explore in this
FREE one-hour webinar.

As the days get shorter and the
list never does, are you still running on empty and calling it normal?

I don't do complicated. This talk is all about easy and simple ways to Utilise herbs to address the root issue.

More coffee. Something stimulating. Push through and power on!

But what if your body isn't asking you to push harder?
What if it's asking for something completely different?

Maybe you need nourishment.
Maybe your nervous system needs help switching off.
Maybe poor sleep is catching up with you.
Maybe stress has been running the show for far too long.
Maybe your digestion needs a little support.

Or maybe you've simply been pouring from an empty cup for so long that there's feck all left in it.

In this free webinar, I'm going to show you how a herbalist starts to look at tiredness and why I don't believe there's one magical “herb for energy.”

One of the biggest mistakes we make when we're exhausted is assuming we need more energy.

  • A herbalist's way of looking at tiredness
Why "tired" isn't one thing, and how to figure out which kind of wrecked you actually are

  • The everyday plants that help
Nettle, Rosemary, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Peppermint, Dandelion, Hawthorn

  • Why there's no magic "energy herb"
Very different herbs may support very different versions of tired. Learn what to reach for, depending on what's actually going on in your body

  • Simple ways to start using herbs
I'll show you some simple ways we can begin working with herbs through teas, tinctures and everyday herbal preparations. You don't need any previous herbal knowledge.

  • Linking it all together
A sneak peek at our Wisdom from the Wild subscription box to give you a taster of what the subscription involves

What you'll learn about:

Why should you care?

Because "I just need more energy" isn't a real solution. The coffee, the sugar, the sheer will of pushing through is all well and good... then you crash and you're right back where you started.

Tiredness isn't a warning light with one setting. It's more like the whole dashboard. Depending on what's actually wrong under the bonnet, "more fuel" might be the last thing that helps. Push nourishment onto a nervous system that can't switch off, and it doesn't land. Push stimulants onto a body that's genuinely run down, and you just crash harder later.

The truth: guessing at "energy" doesn't work if you haven't figured out what's actually driving the tiredness in the first place.

This talk is about learning to tell the difference. So instead of throwing the same fix at every version of tired, you can actually support what's going on.

What you'll walk away with:

Everyday herbs that match what your body actually needs

Which kind of tired you're actually dealing with (and why that matters)

Practical ways to start working with herbs with any prior experience

Confidence that you're not lazy or broken, your body's just asking for something different

It's no fun talking to myself over on Zoom, so I'm throwing anyone who attends live into a draw to win a FULL YEAR of my Wisdom from the Wild subscription - worth a whopping €660! That’s 12 months of herbal magic delivered to your door.

Meet my past students and clients

Hannah - Midwife

I have always thought it was very sad that most of us have lost the skill that our ancestors had- to correctly ID herbs and understand their benefits

I am quite into my skincare and I have spent a lot of money on natural products. I am so excited that I now know how to start making my own. This not only saves me a large amount of money, but my skin is absolutely glowing from the products I’ve made so far.

Ellen -Yoga Teacher

I am a yoga teacher and very interested in connecting with the old traditions, those of our ancestors as well as connecting to the land. I find it fascinating that our plant allies are so over looked and really want to be apart of the revolution of bringing them back and advocating for safer and more natural medicines/ creams etc!

I work with many herbs now for my own health, it's liberating and takes the fear/ doubts out of working with herbs, the course makes it so doable!!

I founded Yarrow Lane to tackle two huge obstacles in herbal education: accessibility and affordability. I'm a weed lover, dirty chai addict, and someone who genuinely gets excited talking about plants (ask anyone who's been on a walk with me!). My journey started in my gran's house where her cupboards were full of mysterious bottles and homemade remedies that had been passed down through our family. I believe learning the language of plant medicine is your birthright and has the power to heal yourself and your community.
