Come join local herbalist Laura for a herb walk along the river Barrow.

We will meet at Barrow Brew in Milford, Carlow to start our walk to explore what weeds & plants are growing along the river.

Laura will help you ID plants that can be used in your daily life to keep you & your family healthy.

After the walk you can enjoy a Tea/Coffee & treats from Barrow Brew at Discount prices.

This will be a very gentle walk so open to all level of fitness & no charge for Kids once accompanied by an adult.

Dog welcome once kept on Lead.

Tickets sales are been donated to Carlow & Laois SPCA to help buy food for the shelter.

Walk & Talk will be about 1.5hrs in total.
